According to site requirements, two kinds of Power battery can be chosen: lead acid battery or lithium battery, two kinds of battery voltage can be chosen 24V or 36V.

Features of battery powered mover:

Just put the power battery into the machine without dragging the air pipe. 

Only one operator is required to push 280 tons of objects on wheels, to save labor, reduce industrial accidents in operation, improve efficiency and create value for the enterprise. 

The machine has the advantages of light weight, flexible movement and simple operation. 

Two kinds of moving speed can be selected: moving at a constant speed, or equipped with a sensitive stepless speed regulating system, which can ensure moving objects accurately. 

The machine is added with overheating protection and overload protection.

Because it does not need to access compressed air, it has a wide range of application, which can realize multi-purpose of one machine, and the power battery can be replaced quickly, It takes about 30 seconds to replace a set of batteries. 

Application of battery powered mover:

Battery powered mover is suitable for pushing circle objects with diameters > 55 cm.

In the factory production line or storage workshop, Many heavy circle objects or objects on wheels need to be moved in short distance during manufacturing or maintenance at different stages. without expensive auxiliary equipment or invest more personnel, only one operator is required to move the heavy objects easily by our Easymover.

Example applications:

Paper industry: loading and unloading of paper roll stations, such as the stations of paper roll upper slitting machine, film coating machine, rewinder and so on. Usually, 4-5 workers are required to push a paper roll weighing 2-5 tons to up or down the conveying plate chain, but only one operator is required to move it easily by using our Easymover. 

Automobile industry: when heavy vehicles are assembled at production line, they need to be moved between stations. Usually,8-15 workers are required to move the vehicle weighing 3 -20 tons, or it can be lifted and moved by heavy tractor or workshop crane. The efficiency is low and the safety is poor. But only one operator is required to move it easily by using our Easymover.

Railway Industry: during production or maintenance, when the vehicle needs to be assembled or repaired, it needs to be moved between stations. Usually,8-12 workers are required to move the vehicle weighing 20-50 tons on the track , or using highway and railway dual-purpose heavy tractor to move it. That is inconvenient and inefficient. But only one operator is required to move 5-6 carriages, whose total weight is 300 tons easily by using our Easymover. 

Aircraft manufacturing: during production or assembly, the aircraft needs to be moved between stations. Because of the limitation of space position, the tractor is too large, and Its flexibility is too poor, which affects the operation efficiency. But if using our Easymover, only two is required operators can push aircraft weighing 50-100 tons at the same time easily.
