Installation and commissioning: Professional technicians are dispatched to the customer's use site for installation and commissioning.
Technical training: After installation and commissioning, we’ll arrange technical training for customers. The contents include operation methods, maintenance technology, common troubleshooting, etc., and provide training files.
Warranty and after-sales service guarantee
1. Provide after-sales service to customers free of charge during the warranty period. Provide technical support, maintenance support and spare parts at preferential prices within the service life of the equipment.
2. Always respond by phone within 2 hours after receiving the equipment failure information. For the problems that need to be solved on site, we always arrive at the equipment use site within 48 hours to solve any problems quickly and ensure the normal use of the equipment.
3. Allocate sufficient after-sales service personnel and prepare sufficient spare parts to ensure the quality of after-sales service.
4. Expound the technical document in detail to the technicians, managers and operators of the customer, Carry out necessary demonstration operations, and answer the technical questions of the customer While providing the after-sales service.

Returned or Replaced Service
If the following problem occurs, all the products shall be returned or replaced within 2 days. And our company shall be responsible for the costs incurred.
1. The product is inconsistent with the model of the order.
2. The product does not meet the requirements of the order, resulting in the failure of normal use.
3. The product has defects that cannot be used normally and repaired.
4. The product cannot be repaired because of the defects caused during transportation.
