Product Introduction:

EZMOVER All Terrain Mover,can be customized according to the customer's non-standard demands to meet on-site use. It can be used even if the surface of the floor is not perfect. Whether it is a long train of roll cages or a huge load on rails, the ATM500 possesses enough power. A combination of its AC drive motor and high-torque gearbox provide that power whilst traction is achieved via a leverage system and chunky pneumatic wheels. A steel chassis gives the tug strength and a self-levelling castor is one of many safety features. 

It is perfect for safely push or tug loads on casters where weight transfer is not possible, up to 5,000 kg.

EZMOVER is has compact structure, providing excellent thrust or traction for effortless load pushing or tugging whilst attaching to any load with a suitable coupling such as draw bar, towing eye or ball hitch fitting etc.

Lead acid battery or lithium iron phosphate battery can be chosen. 

The impressive power originates from its AC drive motor and high torque gearbox whilst the automatic braking system and emergency stop button ensure high safety levels are maintained.

It is easy to use and simple to operate, so that you can improve safety and work efficiency, reduce production costs and the operation risk of workers in production. By using EZMOVER, only one operator is required to move objects on casters weighing up 18 tons in a confined space.

According to site requirements, two kinds of Power battery can be chosen: Lead acid battery or lithium iron phosphate battery, three kinds of battery voltage of motor can be chosen AC24V, AC36V or AC 48V.

Application of battery powered mover:

Battery powered mover is suitable for pushing or tugging trolley or bench on castors.

It can be used even if the surface of the floor is not perfect, whether it is a long train of roll cages or a huge load on rails, including on slopes and less than perfect surfaces.

In the factory production line or storage workshop, many heavy objects on castors need to be moved in short distance during manufacturing or maintenance at different stages. Without expensive auxiliary equipment or invest more personnel, only one operator is required to move the heavy objects easily by our EZMOVER.

Example applications:

Paper industry: loading and unloading of paper roll stations, such as the stations of paper roll upper slitting machine, film coating machine, rewinder and so on. Usually, 4-5 workers are required to push a paper roll weighing 2-5 tons to up or down the conveying plate chain, but only one operator is required to move it easily by using our EZMOVER.

Automobile industry: when heavy vehicles are assembled at production line, they need to be moved between stations. Usually,8-15 workers are required to move the vehicle weighing 3 -20 tons, or it can be lifted and moved by heavy tractor or workshop crane. The efficiency is low and the safety is poor. But only one operator is required to move it easily by using our EZMOVER.

Railway Industry: during production or maintenance, when the vehicle needs to be assembled or repaired, it needs to be moved between stations. Usually, 8-12 workers are required to move the vehicle weighing 20-50 tons on the track , or using highway and railway dual-purpose heavy tractor to move it. That is inconvenient and inefficient. But only one operator is required to move 5-6 carriages, whose total weight is 300 tons easily by using our EZMOVER.

 Aircraft manufacturing: during production or assembly, the aircraft needs to be moved between stations. Because of the limitation of space position, the tractor is too large, and its flexibility is too poor, which affects the operation efficiency. But if using our EZMOVER, only two is required operators can push aircraft weighing 50-100 tons at the same time easily.
