The plant implemented a program to improve safety and space utilization, reduce operator numbers, and improve efficiency. All Terrain Mover  replaced forklifts to reduce operator numbers.

Before the change, they used a forklift to push the craft trolley. Process trolley and material weight is about 20 tons, these forklifts need professional forklift workers to drive, and the volume is too large, the use of forklift need to have enough space, in the closed painting workshop and shot blasting workshop because of space constraints can not be used well, can only use more manpower to promote the process of the trolley material.
